Janina Kean is a Yale trained Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. She spent 18 years of her career as the Chief Executive Officer for a Behavioral Health/Substance Abuse Treatment Facility. She then decided to come full circle in her career and go back to direct patient care.
Now in private practice, Ms. Kean is available for speaking engagements, workshops and professional consultations.
Ms. Kean is an expert and spokesperson in the field of behavioral health disorders specializing in substance abuse that co-occur with mental health disorders. She is dedicated to educating the public and professionals on the causes and treatments for substance use disorder.
